  • Do I have to book an appointment or can I just pop in to the design studio?

    Of course you can come over at any convenient time, however if you have a project to discuss it is good to inform us prior to your visit, so our designers can make sure they will give you the full attention.


  • Do you charge for your services?

    Our interior design service is completely free of charge. With regards to other services, it depends on the scale & specification of the project - please contact LSP for more information.


  • How to arrange the delivery?

    Once your goods will arrive, our logistics department will contact you to set up convenient date. Our dedicated and fully trained team will deliver and install all your items.


  • How long do I have to wait for my furniture to arrive?

    The standard lead time is 8 to 10 weeks. In some cases - with kitchens, highly customized compositions or exacting finishes - it may take 12 -14 weeks. Our suppliers do not, in general, hold stock of their pieces - this is due to the large range of variables  (e.g. dimensions, fabrics, surface finishes) and the fact that most items are made on order.


  • Can I change my order?

    Usually it is possible to make some amendments shortly after placing the order, if it was not send to the production yet by the supplier. Please contact your designer immediately if you wish to make any changes.


  • Can I cancel my order?

    Unfortunately after placing the deposit your order cannot be canceled.
