  • Do I have to book an appointment or can I just pop in to the design studio?

    You are always free to drop into our showrooms to browse our displays, however if you have a project to discuss we recommend booking an appointment so our designers can guarantee their undivided attention.


  • Do you charge for your services?

    Our professional interior design service is available free of charge for renovation projects from 1 bed apartments to 5 bedroom houses. Contact us for more details. 

  • How to arrange the delivery?

    Once your goods will arrive, our logistics department will contact you to set up convenient date. Our dedicated and fully trained team will deliver and install all your items.


  • How long do I have to wait for my furniture to arrive?

    In most cases our new furniture is made to order and therefor the standard lead time is 8 to 10 weeks. In some cases - with kitchens, highly customized compositions or exacting finishes - it may take 12 -14 weeks.


  • Can I change my order?

    Usually it is possible to make some amendments shortly after placing the order, if it was not send to the production yet by the supplier. Please contact your designer immediately if you wish to make any changes.


  • Can I cancel my order?

    Unfortunately after placing the deposit your order cannot be canceled.
